Pam's Kitchen began more than 20 years ago, when its owner and chef, Pam Jacob, was still living in her native Trinidad. Pam's Snack Shack was her tiny business there, but she had always wanted to ope…
Oh my goodness, this was delicious!! I really wanted to try the goat curry but couldn't justify the cost, even with a coupon, but the Curry Chicken was fantastic and the tastiest Caribbean food I've had yet in Seattle (which is saying something because it's tied for my favorite cuisine, and I think I've tried every Caribbean/Cuban restaurant). It was spicy, but not too spicy - just right. I can't even really describe what made it so flavorful. I do wish it came with a bit more meat, and perhaps a maduro, given the price. But I'll definitely order it again when I can afford it. Seriously top notch flavors!!

It was good but too soggy.. Spicy Green Beans were so soft and not green like they should be.. Sweet Fried Plantains so soft mashed almost.. Spicy Jerk Wings the meat fell off bones but not in a good way.. Blaming it on the heat but they should reconsider replacing the plastic .. just okay

Pam's is one of the best restaurants in Seattle. The jerk ribs, jerk chicken, and goat curry are all amazing, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Get the roti, too. And if you ever find yourself at the restaurant, their cocktails (especially the Trinidad Smash) and curated rum selection are all fantastic.

the Curry Goat (GF) was a bit bland, and the rice was overcooked to the point of being mushy.
the Dhalpuri Roti (Vegan) was pretty good.

I live for the veggie combo and aloo pies and don get me started on the cocktails which are delicious and pack a punch! My meat-eating familymembers swear by the jerk chicken and the pelau. Top it all off with their house made hot sauce.
