They have some of the best Original Milk Tea (Iced Only) boba in the area. The donuts are aways fresh and never greasy, and I have always been happy with the mixes they provide when I have them mix the boxes. The apple fritters are my fav and my boys love the Boston cremes.

The yeasted donut dough is te softest ive ever had, but my chocolate glazed were replaced with just glazed. Their raspberry filled donuts have a great taste but I despise seeded jam in a donut.
