eat here honestly like once a week love this place never have doordashed until today and my bowl was wayyy less full than it is when i go into the store

Ordered a Burrit Bowlo and some Chips Only. Asked for the Queso on the Burrito Bowl and it was either missing or so watered down that it had no flavor to it. the steak in the bowl was chewy and not great. chips were good. The only other time i have visited this location the workers let folks wait in line for 10-15 minutes and then would tell them they only take cash, no sign or anything. the disappointing food confirms i will let friends know not to come to this location . go to chipotle if you can

Very disappointed. The quesadilla was small and soggy. Taco Bell's quesadilla is bigger. The chips I got was in a bag about the same size you would get from a vending machine. I checked the box for salsa. I didn't get that. The queso cheese was the best part of the whole meal. $15 for a cheap meal. Way overpriced! Would NEVER order from there again.

We ordered a burrito, they ran out of tortillas which is fine, we can deal with that but we received a container with a tiny bit of rice, chicken, and queso. So disappointed for how much we paid

Literally the smallest burrito ive ever gotten in my life from a pancheros. The other two we ordered were even smaller and this one has EXTRA meat in it. Photo to show, for reference im a girl with a size small in gloves hand size. Not a trace of cheese or sour cream to be found, and hardly any rice. Super disappointing considering it was almost $50 for 3 burittos.
