The tortilla for the burrito was crumbling and falling apart. When my husband lifted up the burrito, the tortilla basically disintegrated and everything fell out. He had to use a fork to eat it.
There is less than a half cup of lettuce in the salad. No tofusada. No pinto beans. $13 for pretty much nothing. :-( It looks like they used a tablespoon to measure everything out.

I've ordered panch so many times and every time it's messed up. This time they gave me my bowl with maybe a half scoop of verde salsa, half scoop of corn salsa, 3 veggie pieces, no lettuce, and like 3 piles of rice (not even what I ordered). No chips with the chips & queso either. A joke for how much they charge now. Also adding queso to any meal is $2.25, tread lightly.

First time trying Panchero's again, and now I remember why I stopped going. Raw veggies that are supposed to be cooked, cold steak, and like a teaspoon of queso.

Chips were old and stale. I ordered the burrito bowl and the bowl was only half full. Rice had no "cilantro/lime" taste to it. Despite the store being only just down the street, food arrived cold. No fork sent with, can't really eat a salad with my fingers...
