The soup cup is half empty. If youre going to charge $8 for a soup then at least make sure the soup cup is full.

I ordered the Sandwich and Soup/Mac, which was all accurate. I wish there was a little more on the on the Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich as I had to spread everything out to have it on the 1/2 sandwich. The broccoli cheddar soup was awesome as always! I also ordered the Asiago Bagel and Plain Cream Cheese Spread Tub and both were very good! It would have been a 5 star, but the sandwich is aways limited on the actual chicken salad which is the main ingredient and I dont get lettuce or tomato on it.

Mango Smoothie was water consistency and tasted only of plain Greek yogurt. No other flavor. Had large ice cubes floating in it. Im not sure this Panera understands what a smoothie is. I took photos and shared with DoorDash support and thankfully they refunded the smoothie. Otherwise, the rest of the food was good.

I'm at such a loss..no idea how to "star" this "visit"....ive been begging the universe for a Panera close by, for years. I'm thrilled... before reading, memo to self: stay with your tried and true. the Toasted Steak & White Cheddar wasn't too dry. sort of has a sweet taste I wasn't expecting...like... juicy jerky?
I got an extra baguette...OR I didn't get what I ordered with the Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese ; bread with Mac on the side instead of INside. really bummed about that BUT the Broccoli Cheddar Soup was delicious as always. the NEW Black Forest Ham & Gouda Melt - Toasted Baguette ....what to say...nothing good but that's personal preference. next time I'll ask to hold the mustard. (I only like the yellow kind...)
I also couldn't find a spot where I could make special requests for the Madagascar Vanilla Cream Cold Brew . let's just say I never drink my coffee without sugar, read vanilla and assumed it would be sweet..it wasn't.
from now on I'm getting a Sierra turkey on asiago (which I didn't see. maybe there should be a "build your own sandwich" section, if there isn't already?) and a bowl of cheddar broccoli. I'm too afraid they won't put it into a bread, to risk ordering it thru DD again.
luckily this experiment wasn't my first experience at Panera and it was just... off my palate this time but at least it's good to try something new and the classics still taste nostalgically delicious
