Food was amazing! Piping hot and great flavor, there was a slight mix up with my door dash but the manager handled it and had my order remade immediately!

I ordered the choose two with a sandwich-salad combo. I ordered the Greek Salad with chicken and the chicken avo BLT. The chicken was clearly frozen because my entire sandwich was dripping wet and chicken was freezing. Unfortunately, the same chicken was on my salad. Ordering at the drive thru is no different in quality or customer experience, as when I did that I got the order from the person behind me, so I had to wait while they made my order, only to have an item missing. This particular Panera is definitely a place to skip.

The NEW Croissant Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich was GROSS!!! It tasted like fake food! The egg is disgusting! It looked like a sponge and had no taste. I would not recommend this sandwich at all! I didnt even finish it. On top of it being disgusting it was a lot smaller than I expected, for almost 9 dollars you would think the croissant itself would be bigger.

The sandwich did taste good but I didn't expect it to be cold and it was a very small sandwich. Ordered the French onion soup bowl, the taste was palatable but there was very little cheese. Not sure I would order again, but if I do I will be sureto request extra cheese for my soup.

BASURA!!! Hardly any chicken on my sandwiches and biting in to the bread was like biting in to a brick. And whatever chicken I did bite in to, wasn't even good. This is my first and last time eating Panera Bread. I'm gonna have to order firehouse to make up for this disappointment
