This is a half grilled cheese??? It's a half of a half and it's not even grilled. It's just bread and cheese. We've ordered this many times before and this is unsatisfactory.

The macaroni is always good. Most of the time I order the Ciabatta Cheesesteak They forget the cup of au jus. The au jus totally makes the sandwich because it tastes good and softens the bread as you eat it. I keep ordering it because I love it so much but today, yet again the forgot the au jus. You can't even leave a note to ask them to please remember it.

Panera said they contacted me ad spoke to me about a refund... they never contacted me and I lost out on my drink... which was the only reason why I even ordered from Panera in the first place.
Other than that the sandwich and bagel were good.
