Soup was hot and fresh and the sand was also cheesey melty goodness.

This is the second time ive ordered from them and something was missing. This time it was my whole sandwhich on a pick 2.... how do you mess that up. Then they only refund me 4$ & the sandwhich alone cost more

Ordered the Broccoli Cheddar Soup bread bowl. Bread bowls are alot smaller than they used to be and they gave me barely half a cup of the soup. Shrinkanomics maybe? Seriously feels like restaurants just dont care anymore. I used to love Panera but it's just over-priced slop now.
