What happened Panera? The fruit cup I got was not up to standards , all I got was pineapple and melon, no grapes or berries of any type

The soup was noodles and broth. Some chicken, not much and 2 pieces of carrots. The roll was ripped in thirds or half and dropped into the bag with no wrapping. There was no butter, no spoon, no napkins. It came to a total with tip of course to $13.00. Are you kidding me. Second and last time ordering from here Always small portions with no substance
