Every bagel in the Bagel Pack was flat. As in less than 1.5 inches thick. We ordered a variety and every bagel was the same. It didn't look like they'd proofed properly. Impossible to cut in half since they were already half sized.

Very disappointed with the chicken noodle soup. It had very few noodles and lots of carrots. There's a reason it's called chicken noodle soup!

Chicken Bacon Rancher was good, warm, but they didn't give me the fruit cup I ordered. $3 that was just taken without sending what I paid for.

This is the amount of dressing they gave me for my entire salad. It's barely enough to dip a crouton in. So disappointing.
