Staff and management are excellent!! Customer's needs are first and foremost. After a long eight hour drive, Panera's Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwich was perfect! The Turkey BLT plus the Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait was also excellent. Cant wait for bagels in the AM!! THANK YOU PANERA, FOUNDRY ROAD, REISTERTOWN, MD!!!

The smoothie taste like cardboard. No fruit, the color is a pale pink. The recipe is off. For the cost, it is disappointing to get such low quality from Panera Bread. Clearly the staff doesnt care enough to send something edible.
The soup looks like paste. Fordnt taste much better. Does not have a siyplije quality. It is unfortunate my food is unedible.

I ordered the new classic avo toast, which tastes okay, it is quite bland. However upon opening I realized the avocado is not thick in chunks, it is smoothed out and there is not very much of it. The Madagascar vanilla latte is also quite good iwas just disappointed that there was no whipped cream and wasnt sweet, also I didnt take anything off of it. All in all, these were new items for me, and they were good but I'll definitely try something new next time as well!

I ordered the Chicken Fontega (1/2) Sandwich and the Chicken Rice Soup. The soup was watered down; and, the sandwich had little chunks of chicken insead of slices. I have had both items in the past and they were prepared and tasted much better.

The Four Cheese Soufflé is my favorite, so I was very disappointed when it came burnt. I could smell the burnt smell before I even opened the box. When you burn food, throw it away! Have some care that someone is relying on you for a meal that they paid for, and have every right to enjoy. I did call the restaurant, and the manager agreed to comp it the next time I come in. This is the only reason it's getting 2 stars instead of 1. The NEW Ranch Parm BLT Salad is a good concept, but fell short. It has too much lettuce and not enough toppings, and overall the portion is on the smaller side. Don't expect to be satisfied for long, or possibly at all. The bacon is hard and chewy. Not at all crispy. Overall, I don't recommend delivery from here. I took a chance seeing they had a 3.9 rating, and now I see why 🫤
