We asked for well done, the pizza is the opposite of well down. We just put it in the air fryer for 10 mins and it came out great. We've ordered the same pizza from several different Papa Johns and this just isn't even close. We should have just cooked a frozen pizza instead of cooking their pizza for $43 dollars.. : (
