• DoorDash orderEverything was Very Good...Especially the super fresh & crisp sides of cole slaw, & cucumber salad . The Potato Salad & Ranch Beans are perfectrly seasoned...So Yummy Good. Also the Baby Backs & Beef Brisket was good also, EXCEPT for the fact that they sent Very Lean and DRY sliced brisket... I PREFER the fatty Marbled Loose Cut sliced brisket. PAPPAS BBQ DoorDash menu allows to modify to "Lean Brisket" BUT DOES NOT Give us the option of requesting "Marbled or Loose Cut" which is more fatty & flavorful !!
PLEASE PLEASE ask them to put "marbled fatty or loose cut Brisket" option on their DoorDash menu options !!! (whichever is the opposite of LEAN. Thanks !!

• DoorDash orderThis is the second time I did not get the sides that come with the Rib Trio . Is the menu wrong and it doesnt come with sides or those packing the order don't know this.
