The worst sandwich I've ever seen. The sandwich has a smashed thumb print. The sandwich is three inches. I had a 5.00 dollar credit and the order still cost 9.26.

Fresh-Cut Fries were more like all the crumbles left over from the bottom of the basket. only half of fries were whole fries.

Ive been to a lot of Penn Stations and this is the worst location by a long shot. My grilled Classic Grilled Italian was the saddest, sloppiest looking sandwich ive ever seen. Might as well have called it a ham and mayo sub with a single slice of pepperoni and strand of lettuce. No salami to be found. The Fresh-Cut Fries were also very bad. Cold, mushy, and flavor. Ive given this place 2 tries in case the first time, which was equally as bad, was a fluke. But no, this location is whats bad. Congrats, you have lost my business.
