The Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade was more than 3/4 ice. Little bit of lemonade and a whole lot of ice. I am drinking ice water with a taste of lemon.

Usually my food is good, but this time my sub was salty and soggy. Half of my fries were stale and the tips were burnt.

The fries were absolutely horrendous. It's like they gave me a cup of crumbs. For $9+ I would think an actual French fry isn't too much to ask for. I wish they'd allow photos. It's unbelievable.

The Chicken Teriyaki sandwich was covered in the saltiest onions. I know they are marinated but it was inedible due to the saltiness and we threw it away. We used door dash pickup to save time waiting in line. First time using it for Penn Station. It was fine in regards to that process.
