I am never disappointed when I get the grilled Cheesesteak and Fresh-Cut Fries. Perfect comfort food on a cold day! Arrived fresh and hot!

First, I called the store and explained and was told I would get a return call within 10 minutes. That was 2 hours ago. I ordered 3 subs and 2 large fries.
I received 2 subs and the fries. Our bag was delivered torn and the Grilled Artichoke sub was missing entirely.
I am also making a complaint with doordash about our driver. This is not the service I'm accustomed to. But I hoped the manager would have called me back to work out a resolution. So, I ate Fresh-Cut Fries while everyone ate their subs and I'm out $15+.

I ordered a sandwich without cheese and after it was melted on the sandwich they realized their mistake and just peeled off whatever they could. I cannot eat cheese. awful
