PF Changs is always hot and fresh when it arrives. I love the way they seal up your order. We have severe allergies in our family and the online ordering makes it easy to make note of these. Our order is always correct, all the items come with the sauce they are suppose to, and they always include flatware and plenty of napkins.

Quality has gone down severly since my first time. The sushi was bland and soggy. Two plates for $45, with small quantities was not worth the terrible food.

I got the Sesame Chicken, I tend to stick with same old, same old but took a chance on something different. It's very good, and was packed with care, including cutlery, soy sauce and chopsticks. Really good experience. Delivery person was also great and fast.

Have ordered the exact thing before and it was good this time not so much. Orange chicken was cold and soggy. They forgot the chili paste. Brussels sprouts were good but were very small and potion was a lot smaller compared to the last time I ordered them. My birthday dinner delivered was meh. Expensive food for what we got. I guess the food might have been better if we dined in.

Eggplant is cut lenthwise, making it stringy and difficult to chew. Very mushy. Not appetizing at all. Didn't eat the egplant. The sauce and rice was ok, however they were packed together instead of separately making some of the rice dry and some of it over saturated and mushy. Won't order this item again. Will order from restaurant again. Food was hot and arrived quickly.
