Amazing store. keep it simple: affordable and tastes amazing.
Out of many options I tried in LBC this is top 3 in terms of food and top 1 in terms of prices.
in terms of pho tai: great broth, great noodles. the meat was of a less quality but still good. but for the price you're paying, you won't anything better. this is top notch.
One thing I wish the owner of store can add, is ability to request no salad/greens for their meals, I'm not sure if it's considered a side or not, but there's no way to request not to have them without calling

13. Chín Nạc (Extra Large ) Hands down some of my favorite Pho in the area. Im picky with broth and this is my new go to when ordering!
Rich and flavorful, noodles were perfect, meat was juicy.

After losing my mother, I regretted never asking for her cherished phở recipe, a dish she lovingly prepared each month. Food is terrible. Spring rolls were tiny and barely any meat. Peanut sauce had N O flavor and was completly water down and chunky.
