I tried this spot for the first time. i had 11. Phở Tái, Nam, Gầu, Gân, Sách it didn't wow me as much. the broth was a bit oily. hardly any meat. the oxtail soup was not tender. and they forgot my drink Milk Coffee probably won't order from here again. not sure what the hype is all about though.

I ordered 2 orders of oxtail soup. I was given one container of broth that wasn't enough for both orders, and the oxtails were tough, they needed to be cooked a lot longer.

I've ordered many times from here to go, and this time they sent me the wrong type of noodle. I always order from this place because they have flat noodles as I dont like pho with thin noodles. Today I ordered flat fresh noodles ready to eat but was sent the thin noodles that are hard.

I don't know why, but the Holic did a bad job this time. Last time I was having fully bowl of pho and alot of meat which why I decided to order from here again, and this is the 5th times I ordered from here. But different with other, this time just a small bowl with almost nothing in it. You can clearly see the amout of food not the same from 2 pictures below
