I am so impressed! I'd ordered Pasta but right after I sent my order, I got a phone call from S.F.Sourdough Pizza.
It was a really nice guy I'm thinking it was the Mgr. He told me they were out of pasta, and asked what I'd like instead. I asked about a small pizza. He had refunded the money for the pasta, but that he'd be glad to make me a pizza, on the house! That made me feel bad, cause I always want to pay for my stuff.
However, he sent a delicious pizza...and it was no personal pizza! He'd made me a much bigger one! What a COOL DUDE!! THANK YOU!!! It was so good, and the Cheesy Breadsticks were to die for!!!! I'd give them TEN STARS if I could!!

Personal Tourist Pizza (8") My favorite pizza ever! the size was perfect for a late afternoon snack. so yummy! Cheesy Breadsticks were tasty, but I was supposed to get a deal of one, get one free, but only received 1 order of them.

Went above and beyond after the first dasher STOLE our dinner!!! Tracked the order and didn't just stop caring once the food was picked up. They saw the dasher unassigned themselves AFTER picking up $60 worth of food and called to notify me. They then remade the order and continued to have dashers assigned until one finally committed and that took 6 tries!! This was our first experience with Pier 49 and their customer service is just as superb as their Jumbo 49er Pizza (16")Large Ghirardelli Pizza (14")Brown Sugar Pizza. Thank you Pier 49 staff for going above and beyond for your customers. You've just earned lifers!

The Nob Hill Pasta and the Cheese Bread are disgusting. The Nob Hill Pasta they say is their take on Alfredo pasta but who in hell uses elbow macaroni and puts tomato slices on alfredo pasta. The Cheese bread is exactly that. 2 slices of pre-packaged bread with some garlic and melted cheese. Not made with Pizza dough like it should. My mistake for thinking it could be good.

The pizza tasted ok but one piece of pepperoni per slice is pretty stingy and just a few tiny chopped pieces of mushrooms across 2 slices is stingy as well. This the reason for the low rating. We have eaten at Pier 49 several times-its fairly expensive compared to other pizzas around Cache Valley so to be so stingy with toppings doesnt get a 5 star rating.
