I traveled to Dallas for work and craved ramen. I ordered a Shoyu Ramen for takeout and didn't have high expectations as we have lot of good ramen options back in California. To my surprise, I really enjoyed this bowl of ramen. The chasu was soft and flavorful, the broth was savory, and the noodles were cooked to a nice texture. I just wish the egg wasn't overcooked and that they included a bit more broth for the takeout portion

There was way less noodles in the ramen than when you get this at the actual restaurant. My 10 yr old didn't feel fulfilled and complained that it was smaller and he was still hungry. We paid more to get less. But my salmon ceviche was amazing. Also small but I hadn't had it at the restaurant to be able to compare.

I love their shisito peppers and kimchi ramen, absolutely delicious. HOWEVER, I do not think they need to be on food delivery sites as I have had many issues with timely delivery and confirmation of food orders. They are typically always busy in store and I do believe this is a reason for the food delivery issues, but it is always a crapshoot to see if my food will be delivered/confirmed in a timely manner or not

First time ordering and it's my NEW FAVORITE Ramen spot! I ordered the spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and it was AMAZING! My son had the Chicken Ramen and he loved it! Will definitely order again!
