Can't deny that price for Canadian Classic - 2 Pcs - Small is fantastic. That said, they have definitely taken a dip in quality and professionalism. I have been a customer since about 2015/2016 and would previously order bi-monthly.
The onion was not red onion (small matter, but still).
The pizza boxes are no longer the brown logoed "Pizza Al Forno" boxes, they're just generic white boxes.
Additionally, and most concerning, as others have pointed out they do not put tape seals on the boxes or put the order in a sealed bag, which leaves orders open to all kinds of tampering from less than scrupulous dashers...

Delicous but carrot cake is to small for 10 dollars and delivery needs to come with sealed bags for the food

Mozza cheese sticks burnt and hard and dry. Look at the photos of the actual mozza cheese sticks delivered. The're definitely burnt. Hardly finished one stick. I have sent the photo posted on your site. Go ahead and and compare.
