Placed an order for pickup through DoorDash and they refused to give my fiancé the food because he "didnt have a DoorDash bag". He explained the order was placed through DoorDash but for pickup, and they brought a manager out, who stated they had to call DoorDash to make sure they could give him the order. It was a mess, but the food is always good.

2 orders of kids chicken fingers for almost $9 consisted of only 1 &1/2 pieces of burnt chicken, breadsticks were also burnt and inedible, pizza was ok. Called store, but they were not helpful or willing to make it right

Must have changed the 8" Original Giant Sub it was smothered in BBQ sauce. I have had these for years and do not like the change.

We ordered the 1/2 baked Bread Stix and did not get 1/2 baked. They were spot on with the time we requested and the pizza was great.

Love the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce always pay for and request extra sauce. Today there was hardly any sauce let alone extra. I even put it in the preference as Iwas told they read this.
