Onions were so potent it was inedible. So I removed them. I also don't know how it was 20.00 for a few small chucks of ahi tuna. I was expecting a bit more than 10 to 12 chunks.

Rice was so overcooked it was mush and not a lot of fish pieces. Usually pretty good and I love the bogo deal they have, but can be a big miss sometimes too. Also - I understand not wanting substitutions but it's where we can notify of allergies so please reconsider!

The buy one Poke Bowl - Large bowl get one free is a scam. I am a regular customer and usually get a regular bowl when I go in. These bowls were less than regular size. There really weren't 3 proteins either. And both bowls combined were probably like one large bowl, if not less.

surimi Salad was not shredded enough, there were huge chunks of cran and way too mayonnaise. no sauce was included. the Garlic Spam Musubi was thin as paper and burnt. I usually like this restaurant but this order was less than acceptable

Smells great however I was disappointed to find crumbs of 2 pieces of salmon. This was my first order here hard to say I'd order again. Pic shows the 2 pieces of salmon at the bottom. I've already dug through the whole bowl.
