The whole chicken was pieces of different chicken put together, and the two quarters looked like they were wingetts instead of actual quarters on the picture, and they were dry. Also, the buns were a little hard.
But the rice, beans, and corn were delicious as usual. I will give them another chance if I get the same results I will not buy from them again.

I ordered a whole chicken. I received a half of a chicken that was totally overcooked and dry as a bone. the meat was hard to chew. This has happened to me twice. When it comes to ordering takeout/delivery , Pollo Tropical seems to intentionally deliver scrawny, overcooked chicken horrible tasting small chickens.

The chicken soup had nothing in it . just salty water. The avocado salad was good. The churros were three small ones and uncooked. this is very disappointing. Imagine paying your hard earned money while being sick, and being totally let down.

First time ordering! I assume this wouldve been delicious if my rice was not saturated in back bean juice. lt was so much juice from the beans that my yellow rice was completely black and soggy! Very disappointed.
