I highly recommend Pollo Tropical. In my opinion, they left a good impression. The items that I selected were exceptional! Very tasty, fresh, well balanced, had great texture and flavors and well prepared. I selected their Whole Chicken With 2 Sides Family Meal and as my 2 Sides, I selected their Yellow Rice & Vegetables and their Caesar Salad. The quality was outstanding and the prices were fair for the portion size.

Tropical Trio was really good but they didn't give me the chimichuri that was supposed to come with it.Cuatro Leches was amazing!

food is good but they ALWAYS forget the guacamole on my Regular Tropichop® Bowl . I add it for an additional $2.49 it would be nice to actually get it.
