The caldo had good flavor but not alot of vegetables. Plenty of chicken though. The salsa was good

I expected a more authentic experience. The chicken does not stand out in flavor from that of regio and pollo loco. It's literally the same. The chicken was even a bit dry. The rice was very orange nothing outstanding and the beans really set the tone for this rating. The beans were very oily but lacked flavor and salt.

The food was amazing! The burrito, tacos and sopes had a lot of flavor, it was not dry. The churros were very good as well. Definitely good authentic Mexican food!!!

Horchata was good but I do think its a powder not made with rice.
The menudo has very good flavor but I got zero hominy in the menudo.
