This was my first time to order food from Popeye's , and I was not disappointed! Their chicken sandwich is fantastic, as our their sides ( Mac. & cheese, beans & rice, coleslaw). But the most delicious thing was their buttery biscuits! They are Soooooo good! This will now be one of my favorite restaurants in town for take out !

Red beans & rice tasted....extremely sour. It was weird. I did not enjoy my food & was left feeling very disappointed. The chicken was moist & seasoned well, and fried crispy, but tasted like it was fried in old oil. Lastly, the Diet Coke was flat and the cup had no ice at all in it. This may have just been an "off night" for Popeye's, as their food is usually delicious. I will definitely reorder from them, but it'll be a while before I do .

My 2 orders of Cajun Fries were just dumped at the bottom of the bag, smooshed by the sandwiches. And the 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I ordered were not spicy at all - as in, they were just plain old chicken sandwiches.
I was craving Popeyes so bad but this was not worth it. Save your money, or go literally anywhere else in the city. This location is trash.
