The Big Box specials are great deals. The Big Box Tenders and Big Box Signature Chicken was perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. The Classic Chicken Sandwich was absolutely delicious.

Ok so the order was correct. Drink was sealed. Sauces and napkins included. Great. The food was correct but the fries were old tasting and the food just left me feeling like I had gotten jipped. I spent a pretty penny on it and i just dont plan on getting anymore of it for myself. The food taste like its made in a microwave. The freshness that the pictures & advertisements project are not what is received when the order arrives. The staff did a good job for what is provided for them to work with but the company needs to improve the quality of their menu selections or maybe close the business. Thats my honest opinion.

If you're going to charge more than any other wing spot, you should at least be able to compete. These aren't even close. The wings weren't even tossed in the sauce they just dropped dry wings into a soup of sauce and sent it out the door. Filled the $8 mac-n-cheese halfway. Talk about phoning it in.

The tenders were coated with TOO MUCH BATTER! That makes them extremely greasy. Once you get some of the coating off, the meat inside is much smaller than you expect but not dry at all. The single order of beans and rice was half of what I've received in the past.

My order was a bundle which would include 12 wings. I wanted my half to be bbq (6) bone-in and the other 6 garlic par. Well,2 of my wings were the boneless ones. There was no note, nothing close to an apology or explanation. Also, red beans and rice had few beans and sauce making for an extremely dry side.
