Got everything but ranch, wasn't cold or anything but dry chicken sucks

Ok, so the red beans and rice were hot but the rice wasn't done, the biscuits were ok, but the chicken was horrible. The skin on the chicken was gummy and not at all crunchy and it was dry and chewy.

This food was garbage. The wings were good but the sauce was horrible. The Golden BBQ Sandwich was soggy and didnt have the correct sauce. Was not impressed
