the chicken was way, way overcooked. almost black in appearance and e en the thighs were dry. the wing was almost inedible.
they provided NO condiments or napkins and they don't accept requests for them.
sadly, VERY contradictory to my last identical order.

This location is the only one in the chain that consistently has issues with missed items and forgotten orders, especially when I pay for an upgrade. The portion sizes are also quite skimpy. The corporate office should investigate this, as there is a noticeable difference between this branch and others. The only reason I've continued to give this place additional tries is that it's the only one that delivers to my address at night. Unfortunately, out of five orders, all were incorrect.

I did not get the ranch that I paid extra for, the food was cold and hard. The mac and cheese was less than a scoop

red beans and rice was soupy, chicken looked overcooked and the biscuits underbaked.
