My Big Box Signature Chicken was good. the outside of my chicken was rather crunchy and so is my biscuit.

I could've saved myself money and disappointment by getting chicken from my local grocery store. Their family meal was overpriced for the little bit of food that they offered, and it was severely lacking in flavor. I won't be back anytime soon.

When the food arrived it was cold. the fries were not worth it. there were probably 20 french fries in my order, very disappointing for $3.59

For some reason the Cajun fries havent been coming up as a option on DoorDashfor popeyes like the past month. So i called & asked the lady if she could please substitute the additional red beans & rice i ordered for fries. She said yes, & they did switch it out for me as asked. I do appreciate that. Also, i noticed they gave me an extra tender as well. I ordered a 3 piece but got 4, so that was nice. I also wanted to mention that the driver put a thank u note on my bag which I have never had happen before either. This brought a smile to my face as well!
