Tender are too big and wasn't all the way cooked a wing wasn't spicy they were brown they were fried hard

While the sides were fresh, the chicken was not. We were sent old and overcooked chicken. This isn't the first time we've experienced this with this location, but it will definitely be the last. We just spent over $90 on chicken and it was horrible. so many employees complained. NEVER AGAIN! I eat Popeyes a lot and no ones perfect, but it's consistently bad here, and to have 30 pieces of old chicken delivered to us for lunch, paid for in advance and through Door Dash, it really had the feel they were dumping bad chicken on us knowing there wasn't much we could do about it.

1 of my chicken sandwiches was so hard my coworker couldn't bite through it. My sandwich was old and dry.

The chicken Golden BBQ Sandwich Combo was so good. I had not been here in years. The Strawberry Cheesecake Cup and 2pc Cinnamon Apple Pie were fresh and taste great. I cou wait for the frech fries. Good crisp . This only thing did get ketchup. Did get my Biscuits I was charged for other than that it was all good
