The giant Italian Beef Sandwich was phenomenal and there was a generous amount of meat and the peppers tasted fresh as well. I had made a separate order of peppers and didn't receive those but the ones on the sandwich were just enough!

3 stars is for the chocolate cake. The Italian beef was ok at best. It wasn't warm by the time it arrived because the dasher waited 20 minutes for it to be given to him. It seemed thrown together and there wasnt enough giardiniera. And in a large order of onion rings I legit got 6 onion rings. Ehhhh I could not have Portillo's again and I won't be mad.

I love portillos so much. I'm a little sad they accidentally gave me a chocolate shake instead of the Chocolate Cake Shake :( but still my favorite food in Chicago
Also this location has extra good Cheese Fries. Some other locations have a cheese sauce that's lighter in color and not as good but this one goes off.

The ribs are so good they fall off the bone.
The sauce is tangy and sweet. My mouth is watering already.
I've ordered them two days in a row.
I also love the big beef sandwich and the smoothies 👌😋😁 yummy tonight. It hits the spot.

Portillo's Char-Broiled Chicken Sandwich was cooked perfectly! It was juicy and tender. The added spices made this san remarkable.
The onion rings were crispy with a good satifying crunch. They are probably the best onion rings I have ever eaten!
