you really can't go wrong ordering from portillos. the order is always accurate and delicious! highly recommend the combo or just a regular beef! but if you want desserts- the Chocolate Cake Slice and Strawberry Shortcake are to diiiiiie for!

I find that the food is very good. I gave a rating of 4 stars, instead of 5, because lately your amazingly awesome shakes are lacking in flavor. Particularly when it comes to my favorite flavor "with fresh strawberries", very disappointed. Portillo's is a great restaurant and I believe they will bring back those delicious shakes we all loved! the flavor of the chili cheese dog was spot on. the onion rings were hot and crispy. it would be nice to have the option to have the chili and cheese on the side when ordering for delivery.

This place has the most fantastic jumbo Chicago hot dogs and fries. If I had to rate from 1 to 10 I would have to say it's a 10 plus.
