• DoorDash orderThe turkey sandwich looked as if it was thrown together, and not in an old school chicago sandwich shop kind of way. The toppings were barely there, the bread was hard and it looked as if the lettuce was sprinkled on and the turkey was just terrible; lastly I selected the no cheese option and yep you guessed it, there was melted swiss cheese. All for 15 bucks! Thanks but no thanks!

• DoorDash orderThis is the TINYest sandwich I have ever seen! Ordered an original Italian and it's like something from a school lunch! Embarrassing. Order from Jersey Mikes instead those sandwiches are huge. This sandwich is smaller the palm of my hand. $13 for this itty bitty thing is insane.

• DoorDash orderThis was my first time having Potbelly and neither me or my mom were disappointed. I got the combo of the Chicken Club and Broccoli Cheddar soup and it was really tasty and filling. My mom got the Pizza Melt and she loves sloppy sandwiches like that and she loved it. Cant wait to have Potbelly again some time
