The only negative I have, and granted it's high in most places, but it's the price. Granted the delivery tip only, and the bit of tax added to the food raised it, but it still was around 16 bucks per sandwich even with no sides merely for the fact the up-charge for adding things seems excessive imo. 3.49 or whatever it was for adding avocado? over 4 bucks per regular beverages ? I spent less on a beverage at Olive garden just yesterday and get refills. lol. The food is filling for sure, and delicious, but they also seem a bit smaller than subway for the same cost with drinks and chips or cookies. I'd like to see add-on items reduced, as well as the beverages. I'd order from here more often in lieu of spending more once in a blue moon as a treat.

Sandwich was dry, very dry! Needed more mayo, lettuce and tomato. And there was no apparent cheese as stated in the sandwhich's description. I chose Swiss.
To be fair there was loads of chicken and bacon but the secret to a true club sandwich is a balance of ingredients. Another point, classic clubs are made with turkey, not chicken and the meat is sliced not chunked. As I said earlier, it's made up of a balance of ingredients.
This was my first purchase from Pot Belly. I'll reserve judgement for now. ( It was a noble amount of chicken and bacon!)

The sandwiches were delicius and eating a great meal was a much needed respite from cleaning out an estate. Hearty and wonderful! Wish we had this in New Mexico.

The garden vegetable soup was a cup of mushy vegetables with no broth.
