Miso Soup had a ton of tofu pieces! And the Chicken & lamb was seasoned amazingly

Shrimp Tempura was well done, however, they didn't provide a sufficient amount of sauce to have with it. The Chicken and Steak Hibachi was seemingly overcooked, noodles were stiff, and rather than a good sear, the meat was seemingly dried. Portions were small for the price, but the service was provided expediently and well packaged.

The meal was very good size and the shrimp and Hibachi Shrimp & Scallops were tender and delicious. The noodles underneath the main course were just flavorless. It was a strange combination because the flavors of the food was good

Creamy Chicken Ramen is so good. Best ramen I've found in or near OC. Broth is super flavorful. Does not disappoint.

I'll start off by saying I really enjoy the food here and one of the first items I ever got was the lemon butter salmon bento box.
I ordered the same thing today and was disappointed since the salmon was cooked in a teriyaki sauce (it's still good but if you're going to market it as lemon butter than it should be lemon butter) and the side of organic greens I got was way less than what I got the first time I ordered this item.
I guess what I would like to see is some consistency in the food I order. Please make this dish consistent every time I order and you will have a lifetime customer!
