• DoorDash orderWe are new to the area and like to try local restaurants that are new to us... tonight, Primanti's! EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE! Far exceeding the typical "chain restaurant" expectations, we were full long before the food ran out by excellent food! Recommendations: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Turkey and Cheese Sandwich, Cheesecake Burrito (WONDERFUL!)

• DoorDash orderI'm not one to leave reviews, unless it truly feels like a restaurant is not even trying. The last two times we have ordered from this location our order is either wrong or lacks quality. Last time we ordered every single item was ice cold, (we had to put the pizza in the oven) we received no sauces and they gave us 2.5 zucchini sticks. I called to ask if that was a typical amount, out of actual curiosity and the manager said they were busy and she would credit us $3. Fine I guess, but no comment as to why I received literally a half of a zuccini stick-strange, and we opted not to eat them because it felt off. Okay, we gave them another chance tonight at a less busy time. Ordered two orders of chicken tenders (12 piece and 6) with 2 different sauces and fries. I also ordered a side of ranch. Both arrived with no sauce, the fries were ice cold (heated them in the oven) and the ranch cup was a 1/4 of the way full. If I'm paying $0.89 plus tax for a ranch cup, it should not look like this. I promise, this was not touched and arrived like this. I dont think we will be ordering here again. I'm very understanding to mistakes happen, but it seems consistent at this point and like there is no quality assurance to orders going out the door. We order plenty of other places, where this doesn't occur.

• DoorDash orderOrdered 10 Piece Boneless Wings in Sweet Heat and the Breaded Mozzarella Wedges. Husband spit out the first wing because he couldn't even chew it. The rest of them were okay though. My Moz Wedges were cold even though the store was 5 minutes away from our hotel . Not sure what was going on but the driver had to wait a very long time to get the food from the store. Got the food about 50 minutes after ordering. I honestly could've done better cooking something from the frozen food section in the grocery store with the hotel's microwave. Disappointed :/

• DoorDash orderI really like Primanti Bros. Their sandwiches are always good, and you can't get more Pittsburgh than one of their sandwiches with fries on the sandwich. I would definitely get the sandwich again. The fries are good.
