The Griot was super dry today. I poured the pikileze* and sauce over it, but it wasn't giving at all. Its usually a bit more tender. IDK what happened today.

The Griot (Fried Pork) is so good! It is seasoned well and so tender! I love the black rice too! The griot is even better with the Pikiliz!

Love the freshness, consistency and authentic flavor of their dishes. This place is a family favorite and we've always been satisfied. Meals are large portions and we enjoy sharing and trying different dishes on the menu. Give them a try and you will not be dissappointed. Order ahead when possible as food is prepared when ordered which may take a few extra minutes but it's well worth the wait. The items selected are those we've tried on various visits... Enjoy!

Food is very good. Wait time is very long, and a bit inconvenient. But I soon realized the person working was by himself, so I understood. Nonetheless, the food is worth the wait.
