My orders have been pretty consistent. I tried the birria pizza along with some chips and guacamole this time. Both were absolutely delicious and flavorful! Pizza and consomé was perfectly balanced. Initially thought the pizza was going to be soggy by the time it got to me, but it was literally perfection. I just wished I had more salsa verde, but overall, fantastic! Love this business and would recommend to others looking for a great birria spot.
