Chicken burger was actually two strips spaced wide apart - deceiving! Spicy sauce was absolutely foul . Bun looked felt and tasted like couch filling foam. Gravy was foul. Fried chicken 'piece' was a fraudulent pinky sized strip nothing like the picture. Can of drink was lukewarm. Not even worth the buy one get one free deal

I paid $2 extra for a large chips and I just got a small chips in a large box. The chips were also wet and soggy. Then I sent feedback about quality issues and was sent an automated message advising the info will be passed on, issue resolved. Very poor customer engagement. Most of the food items were also barely warm and needed reheating. The price of convenience is definitely the quality.

Got the Reds Box. The burger bun was stale, the chicken in the burger was tiny (only filled about a third of the burger), chips were soggy, and the piece of chicken was a tiny wing. What a rip-off.

bread roll was not fresh and chewy. the chips had hardly any chips in the bag. the ingredients on the roll were minimal and bland. very disappointed. They need to put more lettuce on the roll .
