Just like the other reviews say....do not be intimidated by the idea of food truck sushi, at least from this place! This is my first time ordering from here and I will DEFINITELY be ordering again. My Spicy Salmon Burrito was not only very fresh and tasted wonderful, but my jaw dropped when I first picked up my container and it had some real WEIGHT to it. Excellent portions and for such a great price.

Salmon Poke Bowl was incredibly flavorful and filling lovely portion size Shrimp Tempura Roll was so very delicious and filling I loved it
the Salmon Roll was simple but still tasty none the less! hats off to chiefs at Ricky's!

I love this place! The rolls are bigger than average and always tasty. My go-tos are the Oregon RollHawaiian RollSweet Potato Roll and the Fresh Roll (which I didn't order this time but usually do). Recently tried the 82nd Roll and it's delicious. They also are generous with the soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, and utensils.
