ordered a gelati and got just a water ice. i was issued a refund for what i assume was the difference, but its Ritas..... how are you "out of" vanilla custard? also i text or phone call about the substitution would have been nice instead of a dissapointing surprise. the coconut cream water ice slaps tho so at least i got that.
