I’ve been on a coffee kick and have ordered from several coffee shops. Roots has been the most consistent in taste and accuracy. The oat milk latte is always very good.

Coffee is fantastic but wouldn't order a London fog, or breakfast sandwich again. London fog was way too sweet, sandwich barely has anything in it, asiago bagel is delicious but was not toasted as ordered and didn't come with the extra cream cheese that I paid for.

For the past couple orders have been 5 star.
Today I received a bagel instead of a of breakfast burrito (which are awesome)...the bagel not so much. It will probably be in the trash.
As far as the coffee goes, it is excellent as always.
Overall review would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for the bagel.

first time ordering from them. burrito was very small, potatoes weren't cooked through all the way. it was ok but not the best.

Great latte and iced tea. Just wish there was an option for a larger tea.
