Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen is Colorado's premier award-winning New York City-style bagel shop. Featuring house-baked bagels, classic schmears, and an extensive selection of curated sandwiches…
This place is my new breakfast favorite. Bagels are crunchy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside, just like they should be, and the toppings are spread in generous portions. I dare you to find better deli-style fish, or bialys of any kind, anywhere else in Denver.

Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen is hands-down my favorite spot—everything they make is unmatched in quality. The bagels are perfectly chewy, the spreads are flavorful, and the deli selections are out of this world. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. I just love this place!

The dirty chai tasted like dirt, the bagel was untoasted and nothing special. I ordered 4 oz of hummus only to get a literal tiny SMEAR. Did not taste the soup but did hear it was good. Wont be going back .

If you're craving a NYC Jewish-staple and money is no object, this bagel will work. Bagel itself was good, had a nice consistency and was pretty in line with most NYC bagels. For $18 though, this isn't something I'm going to order again: A couple slices of lox, two or three slivers of red onion, and maybe five or six capers. Pickle was also about the size of your thumb. Also got the B&W Black & White Cookie which was definitely on the top end of B&Ws you can get in Denver, but again value wasn't really there at $5.50 a rip. TLDR, a good lunch if you're from NY and are nostalgic for home, just not worth the price.

A bit overpriced, but the bagels and pastries are worth the splurge. Each of the 5pak Rugelach took this simple treat from my childhood and put a new, elevated spin on it, and they were the perfect follow up to some of the best bagels I've found in Denver. My one warning: avoid prepared food; my Meat, Egg & Cheese was overly salty, with bacon tough as rawhide, and the flavors didn't quite combine—a rather disappointing outcome, given the price, for an item that most authentic NYC corner delis whip up with ease at the cost of a subway ride. The coffee was also disappointing. However, that was at least authentic to a New York bagel store experience.
