Wow, for the first time ever, from the Glenelg store, I got everything I had ordered. The food was hot and fresh. I received all the condiments I wanted and paid for. It was also delivered in under the allotted time of 60min. Outstanding

We've ordered from this store several times over the past year, and every time it has been a complete failure. For our last (and final) order yesterday, the chicken was overcooked, cold, and soggy with grease. The mashed potatoes and gravy had been cooked two days prior (according to the label), and my son's hotdog bun came in three pieces, while the hotdog didn't appear to have been cooked at all.  The food used to be good here (when we got it in the store, anyway). I don't know if they put the old, gross stuff into delivery orders or what, but we won't be eating here again, in any event.
