Swiss Mushroom Runza® Sandwich Combo Meal... so delicious! Choosing to order ahead and pick up was not a great experience. I was lectured to by an employee that in the future, I need to come in and pick up my order at their pre-order kiosk. Sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead to save time.

usually good but a disappointment thus time. cold, soggy, unsalted fries. Condiments were so thick on the burger that's all we could taste

The Ruzna was the first I had in 15 years. I did not finish it. I expected something as good as a B & G or Made Rite loose meat sandwich. It was disappointing. I get better versions from the Ukrainian restaurant. It named is Chakan... something. I expected more meat and onions. The bread was ok but seemed odd compared to how my grandmother made it. If they had a double meat option with more cooked onions with the meat I would try it again. I do understand that the cost of labor to make these are high and the price is fair. It is a good value just did not find it flavorful. I feel bad for not giving a better review. Why do they not serve loose meat burgers if they make the same meat filling for a Runza? It seems like a simple idea?

When I called to ask questions about our order the person who answered the phone said they already had our order bagged up but our Dasher didn't arrive until at least a half hour later to get it. Our Dasher came directly from Runza to where the delivery was, which is a few short blocks away, and our food was cold and OR and fries were soggy!! Runza did NOT make our food fresh.
