The arroz con Arroz con Gandules/ Yellow Rice con Pernil it was nice pack. The rice was really tasty and the pernil was tender and well seasoned.

The food was delicious. Always has been. I am a little disappointed in the change in the portion size. You would get larger portions before. There's definitely room for improvement in that area because your prices have gone up. For example, my shrimp mofongo was really tasty but the shrimp were so small for a $19 entree. When you prepare an entree, how about more rice as the side-rice is so cheap and simple to make. And I miss the salad you would serve with the entrees. Also, it would be GREAT if the owners would add more of a variety to the DoorDash menu. I love their steak and onions. I know they make it (and it's delicious) because I would order it all of the time when I went in person. Same with the yuca. It's one of my favorites. Why aren't these items on your delivery menu? They are available in the display case. So Sabor Criollo, how about putting the bistec, yuca, (and some of those other delicious foods in your display case) on your delivery menu? And be a little more generous with your portions. One last request, it would be nice to have some desserts on the delivery menu as well. I don't know if these differences are happening when you eat there in person/pick up yourself, or if it's related to being your delivery service. Sabor Criollo is so close to being 5 stars because the food is delicious, but I have to give 4 stars for the above listed reasons.

Arroz con gandules tasted burnt. Honesty was my favorite PR establishment up until recent orders. A little disappointed in portion size as it is much smaller than in the past.

The pernil wasn't cooked long enough. It was tough and not fall apart. Pernil is my favorite and it's always fall apart tender from other places. This is my 2nd time ordering here and the pernil was tough. Not good at all.

The rice was okay and it seemed fresh but the pernil was dry and hard. I was only able to eat 1 piece of the meat unfortunately.
