Best pho in the area...ordered a few times from ones in Hoboken and the broth has so much MSG but NOT at Saigon bistro. It's super flavorful without compromise. The beef is good quality too and everything is always clean and as the customer prefers. Grateful to have them in the area.

Overall quality has deteriorated in recent months. Way less noodles in pho than what you normally get everywhere else. Veggie package had only one jalapeño sliver and half a bay leaf. If you have a food allergy (like celiacs)... don't bother writing since they do not read instructions anyway. We used to order from them 4-5 per month. Now, we're looking for a new pho place. Sorry to say, Saigon Bistro is no longer reliable go-to for us.

I have ordered the same two items many times in person and on doordash. They are typically consistent but tonight my pho beef special had about half the normal amount of noodles. It also had one piece of tendon and two pieces of brisket. The coffee didnt have milk in it or had very little. Wasnt consistent with what I have had in the past.
Although I complain about my portion, I would like to finish by saying the food is great quality and I would recommend it if you enjoy great pho.

My first time ordering from here and it did not disappoint! I got the Beef Combo Pho and it was some of the best i've had. I decided to add a sweet treat and the Flan with Caramel Sauce surprised me it was really good. I think I found one of my top places

I've literally never wrote a review for anything in my entire life. This Pho was so incredible I want the world to know. Everything was so fresh and packaged nicely. I could drink a pint of that broth straight up. I ordered this because I was sick and I feel cured. Will definitely order again.
